Meet Chelsea

Helping people let shit go since 2018, Chelsea guides individuals and groups through meditation wellness sessions.

These sessions increase emotional intelligence and unify the mind, body and spirit.

Based in Austin, TX, Chelsea works with clients all over North America - in person, over the phone, or via Google Hangouts.

Chelsea received her facilitator certificate from The Institute of Healing Arts in Lindon, UT in 2018.

Each session ends with a guided visualization.
